The estimator, Don Cutler, was there promptly and he was very friendly. He answered all of our questions and spent time with us.
The roofers were on time, stripped the roof and made repairs and communicated well with us. They made sure that all the shubbery was covered with tarps and that everyting was cleaned up.
We love the color of the shingles and installation was done in a day!
They have followed up with us to make sure everything was completed to our satisfication.

Updated review:I initially called them for gutter installation. Luis the sales rep was good very friendly "recommended a flashing and "roof maintenance". I decided to do both since I noticed some cracked tiles. For over 1k. … More The communication was a little off but still efficient, once I let Luis know I wanted to go through with the work he said someone would call a certain day but no one did so I reached out again then someone called me at 6pm to welcome me and book a date. Then two days later someone called me to give me the welcome speech and book an appointment ( which I informed that I had already).The day of my appointment Alex came and did the work. He was very informative, friendly and professional. He seemed to know his stuff and thorough with his work. He finished and left. I got another welcome call from the company. I understand they are busy so I do appreciate them reaching so many times but they do need a better system of sorting clients. I later noticed the side of house still had a few crack tiles, and tiles that need to adjusted so I called and Alex got back to me. He would come back and fix those. The next day I remember I had some broken tiles seen from my window and checked to see if he replaced them which he did not, so I sent him a picture and he said he would come back and fix those as well.I don't often leave reviews but since roofing is quite pricey work I would want to know this stuff. I think getting the roof maintenance on the house is beneficial to prevent leaks but if they are not thorough with the work then there's no point in doing it. I luckily already knew I had some cracked tiles so decided to get it fixed but the tiles that I could see were not fixed until I pointed them out. So I was disappointed that they were not as thorough as they came off to be.I would probably not recommend roof maintenance. A year later after my roof maintenance I have a leak. They were not as thorough. I do regret getting roof maintenance because it was expensive and I didn't know any better but a year later I don't think I see the benefit. If you need to put up a simple flashing they do it well. I am having someone else fix my roof now. -
